Gallery of the Accademia is home to the famous sculpture David - known all over Europe and created by the great Michaelangelo. Cross over Ponte Vecchio and as you do take notice of the fine goldsmiths and jewellers and enjoy those river views as you watch the life on the Arno below.

An evening at the theatre of the Opera is an experience not to be missed - the Opera House is exquisite and its wonderful to get dressed up and watch the drama unfold before your eyes as you soak up the magical music - true romantics will love this.
