Super outlook and a warm welcome. Our beautiful and charming 18th century palace is just the place to stay for that all important romantic getaway. For art lovers, music lovers and lovers generally - this is the most beautiful and serene city in Europe. Our staff will take very good care of you.
Wake up and look out on to the Grande Canal - this is the main route around Venice and if you take the number 1 line with the water bus, you will get to see the main tourist route with many fine buildings, palaces and super architecture. Be sure to stop off at The Accademia where you can see the finest art collection - The Galleria contains works by the great Bellini, Piero della Francesca and Canaletto to name but a few.
Do this once in a lifetime - sit in Saint Marks Square and order that special, expensive and delicious coffee - it has to be done - sit there and sip and savour as you watch the rest of the world walk by. Enjoy every second and then when you're done - head in to the Basilica and marvel at the mosaics, marble works and Eastern treasures that have accumulated over the years. There's quite a collection here.
Be here at Carnival time - February, its still quite cold but if you wrap up warm you can take part in this unique and exquisite party - beautiful gowns and outfits are worn and there's the chance to wear that mask and be part of the Venetian Society. Its fun AND you can buy masks and take them back home too.
Enjoy the gastronomic delights in one of the many fine restaurants and while away evenings with walks by the water and under that romantic moonlight - enjoy.
