San Polo is where Rialto Bridge is to be found - a bridge made from barges and filled with charm. You will find a number of shops here. The main area for shopping is Mercerie and this is for treating yourself to those named brands and fine jewellery.

Venice is famous for its Murano glass so why not make a visit to the island and view the fantastic museum. February is Mardi Gras time and this is when everyone sports those famous Venetian Masks.
