We are located in the very heart of Venice, literally 3 minutes walk from St Mark's Square. We are surrounded by great restaurants and fabulous shops. Yet, in a quiet back street giving you peace and quiet on your stay.

Good stuff: A comfortable friendly hotel in a great location.

Overall: From our arrival to our departure we were impressed with the helpfull and friendly staff.Thety arranged walking tours gave good restaurant recomendations, organised a water taxi to the airport and without asking provided early breakfast supplies on our departure. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were well furnished,comfortable abd very clean. The location just off St Marks Square was excellent for getting to all areas.
