Art galleries are plentiful with the famous Uffizi Gallery which houses masterpieces by Raphael, Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Caravaggio and Rubens to name but a few.

If you feel like a rest from the sight seeing then treat yourself to some of the best shopping you will find - Ponte Vecchio is where you will find the most exquisite goldsmiths and jewellers and some super views across the River Arno. The main shopping strip is filled with the latest fashions from Gucci, Prada and many other greats.

Those looking for evening entertainment - there is the Opera House and two main theatres - Teatro Verdi - built on top of a prison is the place to see everything from pop concerts, jazz, a ballet or even an opera - this theatre is home to the Orchestra della Toscana. Fantastic experience.
