Good stuff: The room was very clean, with good facilities and well designed, modern and up to date. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and that was the best part about the hotel stay.

Bad stuff: it is a very minor point, it is great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but it would be nice to have proper size cups rather than little plastic ones, but once we asked for them these were provided really soon.

Overall: I would like to have known that the hotel was good standard of accommodation but with a personal touch of very friendly and helpful staff. It was actually recommended to me by a friend and I understand why.
