Bad stuff: I found the rooms very dull and very old fashioned, the bathroom was a disgrace, the shower was hanging off the wall, there was very little hot water and the decor was someting from the 50's. My bed was broken and not level the matress had a big dent in the middle.

Overall: I would have liked to have seen the whole view of the room and bathroom, all it showed was the view from the window. The window would not even open. I was totally disappointed and so was my boyfriend, we stay in four and five star hotels usally and have never had a bad room before. For £90 a night we expected something more up to date and more comfortable. One good point the staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
